Lojer Oy, производитель оборудования для больниц, расположенный в Састамала, Финляндия, приобретет весь акционерный капитал медико-технологической компании Merivaara Oy, расположенной в Лахти, Финляндия. В результате приобретения компании Lojer будет передан весь бизнес Merivaara по производству оборудования для операционных, а именно: операционные столы, операционные светильники, системы управления и аудиовизуальные системы, а также потолочные панели управления. В 2019 году компания Lojer приобрела бизнес Merivaara по производству больничных кроватей.
